We help gem & jewelry companies become international businesses
Nveloop is the pioneer industry-focused software company for the colored gemstone trade. We build the systems that let owners and gemologists run their businesses online, from anywhere, and sell across borders.
The gem trade was running the world's oldest luxury business on paper
When we started in 2016, a typical colored stone business kept its most valuable information in three places: a hand-written stock book, a spreadsheet nobody else could read, and the owner's memory. It worked, in the sense that it had always worked. It also meant a business could not grow beyond one person's attention span, could not sell to a buyer who wanted a certificate verified online, and could not tell you what a parcel had truly earned.
Meanwhile every software vendor offering to help had never handled a stone. They arrived with retail inventory systems, asked what the SKU was, and left when the conversation turned to memo, rough-to-polished yield or origin reports.
Nveloop was built to close that gap. We write software for the gem and jewelry industry and nothing else, which means we can afford to get the details right: the ones that look trivial to an outsider and decide whether the system is usable to someone in the trade.
Four things we hold to
Industry first, software second
We would rather understand your parcel than demonstrate our architecture. Every feature starts as a conversation about stones.
Honest about fit
If the answer is a cheaper plan, a competitor, or not buying anything this year, we say so. It costs us a sale and earns the next three.
Training is not an upsell
Unlimited sessions, included. Software nobody can use is worse than no software, and we would rather spend the hours than lose the customer.
Upgrades stay free
Features we add reach existing customers without a new invoice. Your system should get better while you own it, not just when you renew.
Four products, built on one gemstone data model
Everything Nveloop sells sits on the same understanding of what a stone is and what happens to it. That is why a laboratory, a trader and an online seller can hand data to each other without translating it.
- Gem Merchant System — cloud software for gemstone trading businesses
- Gem ERP — custom systems for operations that need their own shape
- Gem Lab Management System — intake, testing, certificates and QR verification
- Gem & jewelry e-commerce — stores connected to the stock you already keep
Rooted in Ceylon, working worldwide
Our home office sits in Kalutara, an hour from Ratnapura and the sapphire fields that have supplied the world for two thousand years. Our second office is in Dallas, Texas. Between them we support customers across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
Being in Sri Lanka is not an accident of geography. It means the people writing the software can walk into a gem market on a Tuesday afternoon, watch a parcel change hands, and understand why the screen they designed last month does not match what actually happens.

People in the trade, using it daily
Laboratories, traders and exporters who moved off paper, ledgers and spreadsheets.
Before Nveloop our certificate numbers lived in three notebooks and one spreadsheet. Now a buyer in Dubai scans the QR code and the report comes up in a second. That alone changed how people treat our reports.
The part that convinced me was the memo screen. Every other system wanted me to pretend a consignment was a sale. Nveloop already knew what memo meant.
We were quoting in four currencies and losing track of what a parcel had actually cost us after cutting and lab fees. That number is now on the screen.
See it running on your kind of stock
Book a free 30-minute Zoom session. Bring a handful of your own parcels, invoices or lab jobs and we will show you exactly how they move through the software — no slide deck, no obligation.
