1. Who we are

Nveloop develops and supplies software for the gem and jewelry industry. Our registered office is at 467/1 L1, Galle Road, Kalutara South 12000, Sri Lanka, with a further office at 2310 North Henderson Avenue, Dallas, TX 75206, USA. For any privacy matter, contact info@nveloop.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, request a demonstration, subscribe to a product or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, country and whatever you choose to tell us about your business.

Information from using our software. If you subscribe to a Nveloop product, we hold the account and configuration data needed to operate it, together with technical logs recording access and errors.

Information collected automatically on this website. Standard server logs, and analytics data where you have consented to it, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, and device and browser type.

3. Your business data inside our software

Data you enter into an Nveloop product — your stock records, customers, suppliers, invoices and reports — belongs to you. We process it only to provide and support the service, to fix faults you report, and where we are legally required to. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to build products for anyone else.

4. Why we process your information

To respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations
To provide, host, support and improve the products you subscribe to
To invoice you and keep the accounting records we are required to keep
To send service messages about your account, which are not marketing
To send occasional product news, where you have asked to receive it

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email delivery, payment processing — each bound to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

We operate from Sri Lanka and the United States and use hosting providers that may store data in other countries. Where information is transferred internationally we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a comparable standard.

7. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards. Customer account and billing records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Business data you hold in our software is retained while your subscription is active; on termination you may request an export, after which it is deleted according to our standard schedule.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you have given. Write to info@nveloop.com and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

9. Cookies

This website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. Analytics and any marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your browser settings.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and role-based permissions inside our products, and we restrict staff access to customer data to those who need it for support. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

11. Children

Our products are business software and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and material changes affecting customers will be notified directly.
