Six businesses, one supply chain
A stone passes through most of these hands before it reaches a buyer. Nveloop builds for each stage, on the same data model — which is why a trader, a cutter and a laboratory can all recognise their own work in it.
Trusted by gem laboratories, traders and exporters
Gemstone traders & dealers
You buy parcels, break them, hold stones for months, send them out on memo and sell across three continents. Your problem is not sales — it is knowing what you have, where it is, and what it truly cost after cutting, certification and brokerage.
- Parcel splitting into individually costed stones
- Memo and consignment with partial return and partial invoicing
- Broker commission tracked to settlement
- Multi-currency invoicing and receivables
- Instant lookup by variety, colour, treatment and weight
Cutters & lapidaries
Your margin lives in yield. A stone that comes off the wheel at 38 % instead of 45 % is the difference between a good month and a bad one, and most workshops only discover it at the end of the quarter.
- Rough issued and polished returned, per job and per cutter
- Weight loss recorded and analysed over time
- Cutting and polishing costs carried onto the finished stone
- Workshop management module for job queues
- True cost per polished carat, not per parcel
Gemological laboratories
Your reputation travels on paper you can no longer see. Reports get photographed, forwarded and occasionally forged, and buyers need a way to check them years later.
- Order intake to certificate in one numbered workflow
- Preset data feeds so gemologists stay at the microscope
- Paper and PVC printing in GRS-style and GIA-style formats
- Online and QR verification any buyer can use
- Invoicing, credit customers and loyalty tiers
Exporters & mine-to-market dealers
Cost starts at the pit and ends at a customs form. Between those points sit partnerships, advances, rough allocation, treatment batches, certification and freight — and each one quietly changes what a stone is worth to you.
- Partnership and joint purchases split between owners
- Cost carried from rough through treatment to export
- Foreign currency invoicing with shipping fee allocation
- Export documentation produced from the same record
- Reporting by parcel, by origin and by season
Jewelry manufacturers & suppliers
Loose stones, components, settings and finished pieces live in the same building but rarely in the same system. Then a customer asks which sapphire went into which ring.
- Loose stones and finished pieces in one inventory
- Certificate details carried onto the finished piece
- Multi-location stock across workshop, showroom and safe
- Barcode and QR labelling for pieces and parcels
- Trade and retail pricing from the same stock record
Online gemstone & jewelry sellers
Selling one-of-a-kind stones online is a different discipline from selling products. Availability has to be true, photography has to be honest, and buyers have to trust a certificate they cannot hold.
- Live stock feeding the website, so sold means gone
- Trade-accurate filters: variety, colour, weight, origin, treatment
- Certificate details and QR verification on the listing
- International payment and shipping handling
- Trade-only pricing behind a login
We are not a software company that discovered gemstones
Generic inventory software treats a 4.82 ct unheated Ceylon sapphire the same way it treats a box of screws. It has one field for weight, no idea what a memo is, and no concept of a stone losing 60 % of its weight on the cutting wheel.
Nveloop was written from the inside of the trade. Every screen assumes you deal in parcels and single stones, in carats and pieces, in cash and credit, across several currencies and several countries — and that the same stone will be recut, certified, put on memo, returned and finally sold months later, with every cost still attached to it.
