Your website and your stock, telling the same story
The most common failure in online gem selling is not design — it is a website advertising stones that sold three weeks ago. On the GMS Premium plan or a Gem ERP licence, the store draws from your live inventory, so availability is always true.
- Stock sold in the showroom disappears from the site automatically
- New purchases can be published to the site as soon as they are photographed
- Certificate numbers, treatment and origin carried straight onto the listing
- One set of prices, in one place, in whichever currencies you sell in
Can the website use the stock I already keep in Nveloop?
Yes. On the GMS Premium plan or a Gem ERP licence, your inventory feeds the website directly, so a stone that sells in the showroom stops being available online. Without that link the store still works — you just manage listings separately.
Do I need my own product photography?
Yes, and it matters more than the website design. Gemstone buyers judge colour, clarity and life from photographs and video. We will tell you honestly what your images need before we build anything, and the templates are designed to make good photographs look good.
Which payment methods can I accept?
Card payments through a gateway, and direct bank transfer, which is still how much of the international stone trade settles. The right mix depends on where your buyers are — we will go through it on the call.
Can I show trade prices only to trade buyers?
That is the online gem catalog, available as an add-on. Public visitors see the stones; approved trade accounts log in and see trade pricing. It is the usual answer for dealers who sell both ways.
Is there a setup fee?
Design, content development, branding advice and search-engine submission are included — there is no separate build fee on these plans. Prices are billed yearly.
