Which tier is actually right for you?
Most businesses over-buy software. Here is the honest version.
Standard, if you are leaving spreadsheets
One or two people, one location, straightforward buying and selling. You want stock, invoices, memo and reports in one place and nothing more.
Pro, if margin is the question
You are growing, you carry overheads worth allocating, and you move stones between locations. Pro adds cost tracking and transfer reporting.
Premium, if you sell online or run outlets
Barcode labels, multi-location stock, stock counts, broker commission, partnership purchases and the e-commerce link. This is the tier for exporters and multi-shop businesses.
Beyond ten users?
Once you pass ten users, or your workflow stops matching a subscription product, a custom Gem ERP licence is usually cheaper over three years and fits far better. It is a one-time payment, installed on your server or ours, with free feature upgrades.
Running a gem laboratory instead?
Certificates, QR verification and order intake live in the Gem Lab Management System, priced separately.
Is the yearly discount really 30 %?
Yes. Standard is $960 at the monthly rate and $420 paid yearly; Pro is $672 and Premium $1,176 paid yearly. The saving is applied at checkout — there is no promotional code and no renewal price increase in the second year.
What is included in every plan, regardless of tier?
Onboarding within 24 hours, import of your existing stock list, unlimited training sessions of about two hours each, mobile access, user access levels, and free feature upgrades for as long as you subscribe.
Can I add users beyond the plan limit?
Move up a tier, or talk to us about a Gem ERP licence if you need more than ten users. Your data carries across either way — there is no re-implementation.
Are there add-on modules?
Lapidary and workshop management, e-catalog and e-commerce integration are included at Premium. If you need one of them on a lower tier we will quote it as an add-on rather than pushing you to upgrade unnecessarily.
What if I decide it is not right for my business?
Tell us. Our refunds policy sets out the terms, and we would rather part on good terms than keep a subscription that is not earning its place.
